Orders & Shipping

How long until my order ships?

We print every part in-house here in the UK. Most orders dispatch within 1 working day. Allow 1-3 working days in busier periods. You'll get a tracked email the moment your order leaves us.

Who do you ship with?

Royal Mail 24 (Tracked) for express UK orders, Royal Mail 48 standard. International orders go via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Do you ship to the EU?

Yes. We ship right across the EU and we're fully GPSR-compliant. See our EU Compliance page for the detail. Delivery times vary by country but you'll always get a tracking number.

I need it for a job tomorrow, can you rush it?

Drop us a WhatsApp before you order. We look after the trade and we'll do everything we can to bump it to the front of the print queue.

Returns & Refunds

What's your returns policy?

30 days, no quibble. If it doesn't fit, doesn't work, or just isn't what you wanted, send it back for a full refund. Full details on our Refund Policy page.

My item arrived damaged, what now?

Send us a photo at hello@ruggedtools.co.uk within 7 days of delivery and we'll get a replacement out same-day. No need to return the damaged one.

The Products

How are your parts made?

We design every product right here in the UK and 3D-print them in-house using ultra-durable PETG plastic. Heat-stable, knock-resistant, and built to take a beating on site.

Will it fit my exact toolbox?

Every product page lists the exact DeWalt model it's designed for. If you're not sure, drop us a WhatsApp with the model number on the side of your box and we'll confirm before you order.

Do you make parts for Milwaukee Packout or Bosch L-Boxx?

Trade & Custom Orders

Do you offer trade pricing or bulk orders?

Yes. For trade buyers ordering in volume or merchants wanting to stock our range, email hello@ruggedtools.co.uk and we'll talk.

Can you make a custom part for a specific toolbox?

Quite possibly. If you've got a box, drawer or case that doesn't have a tray and you want one, send us a few photos and the dimensions via WhatsApp or email. We'll tell you what's doable.
